62BCAA Caps Enhance Exercise Endurance By Helping You Breathe Efficiently
Various studies have looked into the beneficial effects of BCAA caps to exercise performance. A particular study can be used to substantiate the usefulness of BCAA caps on endurance exercise capacity.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled study involved eight men, aged about 21 years, who were training. They were divided in two and were randomly made to take either a 1500-milliliter drink with 0.4% BCAAs and four percent carbohydrates, or a placebo drink. From day one to six, they were made to drink their respective drinks. On the seventh day, they worked out to establish their lactate threshold, or the point when lactic acid commences infiltrating your blood stream and you begin to feel the fatigue. Fifteen minutes prior to the testing, they were given a 500-milliliter drink. Their breathing was also gauged during the workout, and their blood drawn prior to and while working out. Similar tests were conducted again after a week. Because branched chain amino acids were given through drinks, BCAA caps may not have been used.
Researchers noted that the BCAA drinkers had lower respiratory exchange ratio, or the ratio of carbon dioxide to oxygen, while working out. It was also observed that this same group had higher VO2, or the amount of oxygen you use overtime, higher workload levels at the lactate threshold and higher VO2 Max, or the maximum capacity of a body to consume oxygen when working out. These are signs of better breathing efficiency.
The results portray that with BCAA caps intake, you can better endure working out since your body becomes more efficient, specifically in breathing.
